This Terms of Service page outlines the terms and conditions of use of the VPN services offered to you by Z IT Ltd. (“ZSVPN”). These Terms govern the use of and access to our content, which includes the website, client area, and client software provided by ZSVPN. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Statement, which are outlined on this page.
You hereby indemnify ZSVPN, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees to the fullest extent from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
ZSVPN is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using our services you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
ZSVPN services are available to you upon registration in our client area and purchase of a plan. By subscribing to the services, you agree to become a subscriber of ZSVPN for the duration of the plan you have chosen. Our pricing options are available here. ZSVPN may amend subscription fees or institute new fees at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect the customer’s current subscription period and will come in effect upon subscription renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically by default at the end of the billing cycle. By default, the system will renew the same subscription as the one currently active. The subscription fee will be charged automatically to the payment method last used. If you would like to discontinue automatic renewal, please send a cancellation request with the option "End of Billing Period" from the client area.
Subscriptions grant you unlimited bandwidth and devices to connect to our network.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We do not have access to this data.
For credit card payments we utilize the Stripe gateway. Only the following data is stored in our database: card type (visa, mastercard, etc.), last 4 Digits of the card number, expiry date and the remote token. Your full credit card number and CVV are never stored. You may remove your payment method at any time from the client area.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please open a ticket from the client area to be considered or send an e-mail to [email protected]. Please note that trial upgrades are not eligible for refunds.
Subject to your agreement with our Terms, ZSVPN grants you a non-exclusive and limited license to download and use our client software. Modification, re-distribution, reverse engineering, or otherwise using the Software in any way not expressly authorized by ZSVPN is strictly prohibited.
We do not condone any unlawful use of the ZSVPN services. Our services shall not be used for any criminal, illicit and/or illegal acts, and you accept and agree not to violate any law of any jurisdiction that you are originating from and any other applicable law. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comprehend any and all relevant laws related to any jurisdiction that concerns you and your actions pertaining to the use of our services.

By agreeing with these terms you understand that it is your responsibility to keep your account information confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Please keep your credentials secure and notify support immediately regarding unauthorized usage of your account.
Efforts will be made to provide a stable service however, due to the transitory nature networking and telecommunication services, we expressly disclaim warranties of any kind whether they be express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not claim any warranty that the service will meet your expectations, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected.
You acknowledge that you access the site and use the services at your sole risk and discretion.
ZSVPN.com and its client area use cookies to improve your user experience. (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.
Cookies are used to remember if the user is logged on, to enable livechat functionality, to facilitate the purchasing process and for affiliate link tracking. No cookies are used to collect identifiying information about users. You may choose to disable cookies in your browser.
In order to sign up with ZSVPN you will need to provide an e-mail address to associate with the account. We use this to send you invoices, reminders and password reset functionality. If you wish to keep the e-mail private just fill in with a random address. E.g. [email protected]. If you choose to provide a spoofed e-mail address you will not be able to reset your billing account or obtain your VPN credentials should you forget them, so please remember your credentials. We discourage this set-up.
In order to pay by credit card you will also need to provide a name. This is a Stripe requirement.
Usernames and passwords for the VPN service are provided by you during the checkout. Please keep these credentials secure and notify support immediately regarding unauthorized usage of your account.
Should you wish to provide additional information to be associated with your account that will appear on invoices you may do so by logging in to the client area and clicking on Update Your Details.
We do not collect or store any personal information outside of what you choose to provide when your account is created.
We do not collect information related to your connection to the VPN service. This includes but is not limited to: ip address, timestamps, DNS requests and bandwidth.
We do not sell any of your personal information to third parties.
Our billing system stores your username, hashed password, e-mail address, previous orders and invoices and additional details should you choose to provide them.
ZSVPN will comply with law enforcement in circumstances where a valid legal order is received. As outlined above, we do not collect information that could uniquely identify a particular user from their traffic.
